Built from the ashes during lockdown, in 2020 - Great Northern Smoke was founded on the premise that not all take-away offerings were equal.
Having been curing and smoking artisan bacon and salmon for years previously, demand started to peak as news of these goods travelled. Lockdown sparked the embers and GNS Hot-Smoked was born. Following traditional low-n-slow techniques in the style of traditional southern USA BBQ.
